Office Manager Positions Available

At Bear Creek Family Dentistry, we are always growing, and in order to keep our practices thriving, we need great office managers. To help the right candidate hit the ground running, we offer a training program with a guaranteed salary of $62,000. After completing our training program, you can earn up to six figures. Best of all, you don’t need any prior healthcare experience to get started. We’re currently looking for candidates to complete our six month training program in one of our thriving DFW Metroplex practices. What We’re Looking for
We are looking for office manager trainees who meet the following qualifications:

- Four-Year College Degree (BS or BA) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years management or commensurate leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to lead a team.
- Strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.
- Bilingual, while not required, is a plus.
What You’ll Do
After completing our program, you’ll be able to perform a variety of services, including:

- Provide outstanding customer service while offering kind and educated responses to patient concerns and treatment inquiries. Help customers get the best outcomes from their treatment plans.
- Run the day to day operations of a thriving practice, including staff hiring and training.
- Direct, supervise, and coach front office and clinical staff.
- Create goals and vision for the practice and execute a practical strategic plan.
- Understand and maintain all compliance standards.
- Ensure office efficiency and patient safety and satisfaction through problem solving to address the concerns of doctors, employees, and patients.
- Market the practice to ensure continued growth.
