Use Fluoride Toothpaste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toothpastes with fluoride are the best for promoting healthy gums. Additionally, fluoride strengthens your tooth enamel, making it less likely that you\u2019ll develop cavities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Rinse with an Antibacterial Mouthwash<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mouthwash can help remove food particles and plaque in areas of your mouth that your toothbrush and floss can\u2019t reach.
